Booking information (AGB)

Before making a booking enquiry, please note our general terms and conditions, which are explained below and will certainly answer some of your questions.

1. booking enquiries
can be made in writing, by post, fax, e-mail or telephone.

2. reservations & bookings
The stay should at least 4 nights are required. At certain times (e.g. special public holidays), stays of between 5 and 7 nights may also be necessary. In exceptional cases, shorter stays are also possible. Our all-inclusive prices apply for short stays.

If there is free capacity, we will be happy to reserve a flat for you for a few days until a firm booking is made.

Upon booking, you will receive a booking confirmation, directions and invoice from us. We request payment of the invoice amount by bank transfer. At least 50 % of the invoice amount within 14 days, the remaining amount on the day of arrival. The date of receipt in our account is decisive. In exceptional cases, cash payment on arrival is possible by prior arrangement.

3. prices & tourist tax
The prices published at the time of booking apply.

Prices include electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels, cot and high chair if required.

Irrespective of the "Holidays in a Monument" prices, the town of Quedlinburg, as a resort, also charges a visitor's tax, which must be paid to the landlord on arrival and is transferred to the town by the landlord.

4. extras and arrangements
We are happy to book additional services for you according to your wishes or our offer. Separate services will be charged separately. We cannot accept any liability for additional services, as these are usually provided by other suppliers.

5. cancellation
If you have to cancel your booking, you will be refunded the amount paid up to 30 days before the booked arrival date, minus a processing fee of EUR 10. In the event of a later cancellation, we will unfortunately have to retain 50% of the invoice amount.

Special arrangements are possible on presentation of a medical or official certificate. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or unjustified no-show without prior cancellation, no refund will be made.

If an additional service you have booked does not materialise, you will be notified and any fees already paid will be refunded.

If you require additional security, please take out external travel cancellation insurance.

6. arrival & departure
On the day of arrival you should arrive between 4 pm and 6 pm. We would be pleased if you could let us know your approximate arrival time beforehand. Other arrival times are possible by arrangement. On the day of departure you should have left the holiday flat by 10 am.

7. changes
We reserve the right to make changes to arrangements or prices due to current events.
