The holiday home \"Heinrich\" for 4 people is located in a small old town alley on the Quedlinburger<\/a> Schlossberg. The centre of the compact house is the friendly living\/dining\/kitchen with terrace. The ground floor and attic each have a sleeping area with a bathroom for two people. The individual monument has been extensively renovated and designed for 4 guests. A sofa bed on the ground floor makes it easy to create two comfortable extra beds.<\/p>

The modern furnished single monument offers space for four people. The high-quality furnished specialist house is located on the Schlo\u00dfberg of the UNESCO World Heritage City of Quedlinburg<\/a> within walking distance of the market square. The nearest restaurants, caf\u00e9s, shops and the railway station are all within easy walking distance. The holiday home with approx. 100 square metres of living space has been extensively renovated. Great importance was attached to the preservation of the historic building fabric and the use of healthy building materials.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) facing the quiet alley. A separate WC and the bathroom with a floor-level shower are located between this and a room facing the garden. This bright room can be used as a retreat and workspace. The sofa bed can be converted into two comfortable extra beds.<\/p>

On the middle level is the friendly living-dining-kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The living area has cable TV, books and games. The solid wood kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle with temperature settings and toaster. The dining table is generously glazed towards the terrace. On the terrace you can relax on comfortable garden furniture.<\/p>

A staircase leads to the top floor and the bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.<\/p>

Our beds are equipped with Dormo-Novo bed systems<\/a> equipped.<\/p>

The flat is designed for four guests. However, the sofa beds make it easy to create two comfortable extra beds.<\/p>
